Book a Call

Book a formation consultation.

A short intake call to confirm scope, package, and timing for your California LLC. No fee for the intake call itself, and no engagement is signed before the call. The conversation tells both of us whether the work is a fit.

What the call covers

  • Confirm scope and fit. Which package fits your situation, single-member or multi-member, timeline, anything unusual that needs addressing.
  • Walk through what is and is not included. The pricing page covers this in writing; the call is where you ask follow-up questions specific to your situation.
  • Timing for the engagement letter. No engagement is signed and no payment is taken on the intake call itself. If the call ends with a fit, an engagement letter follows for you to read on your time.

What to have ready

None of these is required to book the call. Having them on hand makes the conversation faster.

  • An LLC name (or a couple of candidates).
  • For multi-member LLCs: whether all members can be on the call (preferred) or how the conversation will be relayed.
  • Rough timing for when you would want the LLC formed.

Pick a time

Booking widget — Taylor picks one provider and swaps in the embed.

Pick a booking provider, set up a "Formation Consultation" event (free, ~20–30 minutes, video by default), and replace this section with the provider's embed snippet. Common options:

  • Cal.com — open source, generous free tier, clean inline embed
  • SavvyCal — paid, polished UX, good for showing availability across multiple time zones
  • Calendly — most familiar to clients, large free tier with branding

Each provider has an inline-embed snippet (~10 lines of HTML) you paste in place of this section. Until then, the fallback below sends visitors to the contact form.

The contact form covers the same ground until the booking widget is wired up.

What happens after you book

  • You will get a confirmation email with the call details.
  • The intake call is by video by default. In-person at the San Diego office is available if it helps.
  • If you need to reschedule, the confirmation email includes a reschedule link. No need to start over.

Reminder: no attorney-client relationship is created by booking or holding the intake call. The relationship is created when both parties sign an engagement agreement, which follows the call if there is a fit.
